As the founder of FirstCall Labor Solutions, Rick has shaped the company around people, performance, and long-term growth.
After a successful career in the disaster restoration industry, Rick founded FirstCall in 2017 with a belief that still defines who we are today: a true “people first” organization. Rick is intentional about referring to our people as Team Members — not employees — because he believes respect and culture defines a shared purpose that drives lasting success.
Rick’s strengths in operations and finance have helped build a disciplined, scalable foundation for the company’s continued growth. He’s also deeply committed to delivering best-in-class customer service, often drawing inspiration from Disney as a model for exceptional experience, consistency, and attention to detail — and applying those lessons to how FirstCall serves its clients.
Rick lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his family and remains closely connected to both the people and the values that shaped FirstCall from the very beginning.

Steve brings more than 20 years of executive experience in the property restoration vertical to FirstCall. With a relentless focus on operational excellence, scalability, and execution, our organization has experienced exponential growth under Steve's purview. He continues to build systems, processes, and the culture needed to support our clients and teams.
Steve, a native of the western suburbs of Chicago, currently splits his time between Chicago, Dallas, and New Orleans, helping drive consistency and performance across markets. Whether it’s improving efficiencies, strengthening infrastructure, or supporting our field teams, Steve leads with clarity, discipline, and a long-term mindset.
